AIHFA is an association which aims to empower a healthy and fit nation as a healthy and a fit body will always lead to a good mind as a result of which all the works will done smoothly.We aim to build and represent a structured community for the betterment of the fitness industry to build up a healthy and fit nation.

Our mission is to increase the access to physical activity in the world. There are many ways in which we strive to achieve this goal; we advocate for a universally inclusive fitness industry as people from all caste, creed and gender are welcomed in our association.
